What can be said about a movie that paired up Jet Li with the late and great Aaliyah? Lots of things actually. Here we have a movie that was fusing that asian/hip-hop influence while attempting to be a sort of loose adaptation of Romeo and Juliet.... Action and funny wire-fu be damned.

Lets be honest with ourselves, Hollywood never had a good track record when it came to properties like video games so at no point did any rational minded person think they'd get anime right(Least till Speed Racer). Welp, Hollywood tried to prove us wrong and failed HARD with this movie.
